Bold botanicals then follow, adding character and identity. Each ingredient is chosen not just for flavour, but for the role it plays in striking the perfect balance between elegance and fire.

Our botanical blend is the result of careful refinement, guided by both tradition and a drive to innovate - to improve what already exists. At its core are juniper and angelica root, two essential foundations in any true gin. Juniper defines the category itself, while angelica brings structure, binding the blend together and ensuring harmony across all ingredients.

To soften the perception of alcohol, we build on a base of naturally sweet botanicals, such as licorice. Forest fruits like blueberries, blackberries, and redcurrants add depth, softness, and subtle acidity that round off the 40% ABV - so much so, it invites enjoyment even as a shot. Lavender and fennel introduce a fresh herbal touch without sharpness, preserving the balance and roundness of the profile.

We avoid overpowering elements, opting instead for complexity through balance. Melissa - a citrus plant that brings lift without dominance - paired with orange, creates a gentle citrus note that enhances rather than eclipses. Apple adds a unique layer and works in harmony with ginger, a bold final note that ignites the finish without breaking it.
